CNC PANTOGRAPH WITH VERTICAL PLANE FOR MACHINING WOOD, LIGHT ALLOYS, PLASTICS

VERTICAL OPEN 3.0. Numerically controlled pantograph with vertical plane with three or more interpolated axes, equipped with 13-station TOOL WAREHOUSE with automatic changeover, particularly suitable for the production of furniture elements, such as cabinets and bookcases, and fixtures, stairs, tables, kitchen and bathroom tops.

PROCESSING. The machine performs squaring with grinding, drilling, milling, cutting, engraving, hinge slots, specular machining, 3D machining, engraved and embossed lettering, designs, lettering, inlays, brands and logos.

Workpieces to be machined are placed on support stops with retractable pneumatic pistons built into the table; panels are clamped by means of quick-fixing vacuum suction cups over the entire work area. The machine is also equipped with a mechanical quick clamping kit for machining solid wood frames, posts and stringers.

In their basic configuration, Vertical Open series pantographs present themselves as advanced and innovative work centers with simple operation, which, thanks to their vertical position, make the loading and unloading of workpieces extremely convenient and rapid. Accompanied by a wide range of accessories, they come to form a highly productive line.

Accordion Content

The VERTICAL OPEN 3.0 pantograph was designed focusing on the needs of the small to medium-sized craftsman. The machine’s small footprint makes it easy to place even in the tightest of laboratories.

The opening slots machined on both sides of the frame allow for two-step processing of even oversized panels: once machining step 1 is complete, the operator slides the workpiece through the slot and then starts the execution of step 2.

QUICK FUNCTIONS

The extremely intuitive management software is enriched by the presence of numerous PREINSTALLED MACRO INSTRUCTIONS which, by offering the user the possibility of varying all its parameters, makes the execution of the most common processes simple and immediate, even for those who are approaching a computerized machining center for the first time.
