PavoniJet milling cutter
The “PavoniJet” represents the evolution and refinement of the cutters currently used in the granite engraving process. It is the first single-edged polycrystalline cutter equipped with a patented conveyor body.
It stands out for its ability to direct the high-pressure water jet to within less than one millimeter of the cutting tip, ensuring perfect cooling—unlike traditional cutters, where the cooling flow disperses without reaching the tip. Furthermore, the high-pressure jet removes debris from the material already cut away, facilitating the tool’s feed and thereby improving processing speed.
Thanks to this new router model, it is now possible to perform long and labor-intensive engraving operations on granite, minimizing wear and the risk of tip breakage, as well as reducing processing times.
